Loader and Unloader (Warehouse Helper)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Helper to support our Surat Metro Project. This role involves receiving and unloading goods, ensuring they are properly checked, sorted, labeled, and stored within the warehouse. The candidate will maintain cleanliness, assist with stocktaking, and help with loading and unloading activities as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and unload goods following specific instructions.
• Sort items correctly, label them, and place them in designated storage areas.
• Keep the warehouse area tidy and clean on a daily basis.
• Assist with counting stock and maintaining basic inventory records.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the supervisor.
• Handle materials safely and adhere to basic safety protocols.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods onto vehicles when necessary.
• Follow operational instructions given by warehouse supervisors or managers.
• Perform any additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th standard passed.
