About the Role
Join the legal team at the LEGO Group, located in Singapore, as a Legal Intern. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing region within a company rooted in values such as Imagination, Creativity, Fun, Learning, Caring, and Quality. The internship is set from August 2026 to August 2027, requiring a minimum commitment of three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Legal, Compliance and Risk (LCR) department in advancing its strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to improving efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation efforts, including helping implement legal technology solutions and legal operations best practices in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Engage with legal technology tools to enhance project management effectiveness.
- Apply knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including stakeholder, change, and communication management.
About the Team
The LCR Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation team operates globally with members based in Billund, Singapore, and Mexico. The team's main objectives are to drive process and tool innovation and digitalization, support strategic priorities of the legal department and the LEGO Group, and collaborate to improve time and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between 6 months and 1 year of experience related to the legal field.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining strong organizational skills.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- A proactive, energetic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- A global perspective and cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with on-site presence at least three days per week.
- Strong collaboration skills across various levels and global offices.
- Open to sharing ideas for improving project delivery methods.
- Interest or experience in technology, data analytics, or legal technology is advantageous.
