About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lean Practitioner specializing in Utilities Transformation to join a leading global technology and consulting firm. This role involves driving Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at process improvement, automation, cost reduction, and enhancing key performance indicators within utilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Implement process automation and cost-saving measures across utilities workflows.
- Enhance KPIs by identifying and executing transformation projects.
- Conduct detailed process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
Candidate Profile
- 8 to 10 years of experience in BPO or Utilities operations.
- Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC and Kaizen techniques.
- Strong skills in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and data analytics.
- Experience with automation solutions and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
