LEAN Manager

Overview

As a LEAN Manager, you will spearhead the advancement of operational excellence by leading Lean and continuous improvement strategies aimed at boosting performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leadership to identify and implement impactful improvement projects that yield measurable operational and financial benefits.
• Design, implement, and promote Lean principles, tools, and enterprise-wide frameworks via training sessions, coaching, and leadership involvement.
• Manage data-driven initiatives focused on continuous process improvement to increase productivity and overall effectiveness throughout the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience leading operational improvements or managing operational performance.
• Practical expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or comparable process improvement methodologies applied within operational settings.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication, with an ability to influence decision-making at all organizational tiers.
