Role Overview
The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner will spearhead recruitment for the Business and Product teams, collaborating closely as a strategic advisor with senior leadership. The role demands foresight in hiring strategy, leveraging market insights, and data to drive sustained, quality workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders across Product and Business units, shaping talent acquisition strategies aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Analyze market and hiring data to offer actionable insights, improving hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Proactively anticipate hiring needs and identify talent gaps, developing forward-looking recruitment strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Continuously refine interviewing and assessment processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Promote interview calibration and implement best practices for structured, competency-based evaluation.
- Utilize AI-driven recruitment tools to optimize workflow and hiring effectiveness.
- Conduct talent mapping and maintain expertise on compensation trends, market dynamics, and emerging skill sets.
- Ensure inclusive hiring practices that promote equitable evaluation and diverse talent pipelines.
- Champion Hinge’s employer brand and values throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop offer strategies considering market data, internal fairness, and candidate motivations.
- Engage collaboratively with internal teams—Talent Acquisition, People, Compensation—to align recruitment processes with company goals.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years’ experience managing end-to-end recruitment, especially within Product, Business, or technical teams in fast-growing settings.
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence talent strategies with data-driven insights.
- Expertise in talent sourcing, mapping, structured interviewing, and hiring process improvements.
- Experience applying recruiting analytics to drive continuous hiring excellence.
- Strong familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Business savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in consumer tech or marketplace companies preferred.
- Understanding of New York City compensation and labor market considerations advantageous.
