Role Overview
This full-time, office-based position in Kolkata is for an International B2B Lead Generation Executive. The role focuses on identifying and engaging potential business clients abroad and arranging meetings for the company’s directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify international B2B prospects.
- Find the relevant decision-makers within target organizations.
- Reach out through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Book at least 10 qualified online meetings each month with international clients for the directors.
- Keep lead lists updated and maintain accurate follow-up records.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in any field is required.
- Applicants should have 1 to 3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or appointment setting.
- Strong spoken and written English skills are important.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and online research is needed.
- The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and self-driven.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off
Compensation
The salary range for this position is ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, with pay depending on skills and experience.
