Lead Developer - OpenText VIM

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proficient Lead Developer with 8 to 10 years of specialized experience in OpenText VIM. Familiarity with data governance concepts is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the development and deployment of OpenText VIM applications to streamline and enhance business workflows.
• Manage the integration efforts of OpenText VIM with other systems, ensuring smooth data interchange and operations.
• Offer expert technical guidance to the development team, championing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-department teams to discover and resolve technical and business challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, operational processes, and protocols.
• Supervise quality control and performance validation of OpenText VIM solutions.
• Continuously monitor and boost system efficiency to fulfill business needs and elevate user experience.
• Keep abreast of new OpenText VIM functionalities and industry developments to foster innovation.
• Assist in diagnosing and addressing technical problems associated with OpenText VIM systems.
• Support the formulation and implementation of data governance frameworks to improve data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Lead knowledge transfer and training initiatives for both team members and stakeholders.
