This opportunity is with a partner company operating within the United States, seeking a seasoned Launch Excellence Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of product launches and ensuring successful commercialization on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the Launch Excellence Center of Excellence to provide governance, strategic guidance, and support for product launch activities organization-wide.
Continuously refine commercialization and channel development playbooks, maintaining alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
Promote consistent adoption and application of launch methodologies, processes, and tools across diverse divisions and teams.
Maintain and enhance launch frameworks, tools, and capabilities to address evolving commercialization requirements.
Manage complex product launches that involve workflows, automation, digital products, and technology programs.
Provide oversight of the product introduction portfolio, identifying opportunities, risks, and priorities for senior leadership.
Facilitate coordinated launches that span functions and divisions to maximize commercial outcomes and market impact.
Collaborate closely with product management, commercial marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
Design and deliver training programs that build launch expertise across teams.
Lead communication initiatives to ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout launch projects.
Offer thought leadership and strategic advice to enhance commercialization excellence and optimize business results.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of eight years’ experience in commercialization, product launches, marketing, sales enablement, or leading complex cross-functional programs.
Thorough understanding of commercialization processes and product launch best practices.
Proven track record managing large-scale programs and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
Analytical proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
Broad familiarity with scientific industries, including relevant regulatory and market requirements.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with influence at senior leadership levels.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within global, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
