About the Role
The Language Apprentice II position supports the preservation and revitalization of the Potawatomi Language by actively engaging in an apprenticeship program. The incumbent will develop proficiency in speaking and writing the Potawatomi language and prepare for a future role as a community language educator.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranges from $22.52 to $25.90, dependent on department budget and relevant prior experience or education.

Location and Reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience training in the Potawatomi language.
- Interest in and knowledge of Native lifestyle and culture are essential.
- High school diploma or GED required.
