Responsibilities

• Operate independently handling various local and international languages across multiple information channels including internet and media outlets.
• Translate, transcribe, evaluate, and interpret both written and verbal content.
• Detect gaps in information and conduct thorough checks to generate valuable insights.
• Prepare clear, precise, and accurate reports to aid mission-critical activities.
• Work extensively with diverse data sets and effectively convey data-backed conclusions to relevant parties.
• Be prepared to address urgent operational needs during weekends and public holidays as required.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking, data synthesis, and evaluation abilities.
• Proficient in English and preferably fluent in the candidate’s native language.
• Knowledge of spoken dialects or additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude with high attention to detail and precision.
• Basic skills in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI are preferred.
• Previous experience in translation, investigative, or analytical roles is beneficial.
• Applicants must be Singapore citizens.
