Role Overview
Join the Dalata Hotel Group as a Kitchen Porter where you will receive comprehensive training through our dedicated Dalata Academy. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Follow instructions from department managers and help oversee food monitoring.
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean cookware, utensils, and kitchenware throughout shifts.
- Ensure kitchens are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in a kitchen environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
