About the Role
We are actively seeking a committed Kitchen Porter to support smooth kitchen operations at Compass Group Ireland. This full-time role requires a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Your key aim will be to uphold excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service within the kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the kitchen area to high cleanliness standards consistently.
- Assist as needed with unloading or loading deliveries and supply vehicles.
- Adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations, with training provided to ensure compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Effective communicator capable of building strong relationships.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Proactive in making decisions centered on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
