About the Role
Startek is seeking a Key Account Manager to join Myntra's team. Candidates with any graduate degree (10+2+3) and at least one year of experience or MBA freshers are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory, along with a Versant level 4 spoken English competency.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires working six days a week with rotational shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, covering any nine working hours. Both male and female applicants are eligible. Employees receive one rotational week off.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary structure varies by experience:
- MBA Freshers: Total CTC up to 25,000 INR/month with a take-home salary of 20,000 INR/month.
- Experienced candidates: CTC up to 30,000 INR/month and a take-home pay up to 25,000 INR/month.
- Quarterly bonus of 4,065 INR.
- Apprenticeship stipends are 22,500 INR/month for freshers and 27,000 INR/month for experienced individuals.

Assessment Criteria
Candidates must demonstrate competency in basic arithmetic including percentage calculations, monthly travel expense estimations involving distance, petrol cost, and mileage, and discount computations based on MRP, selling price, quantity sold, and total sales value.
