Key Responsibilities
- Assist the operations manager with treatment planning, supply chain, and data management.
- Support clinic partnership activities alongside the operations manager.
- Accurately process, track, and resolve daily transactional activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage and fulfill processing requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Perform various ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience necessary.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, able to work within tight deadlines.
- Quick learner capable of developing innovative operational solutions.
- Enthusiastic about working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in technology, beauty, or healthcare sectors.
- Background in sales or operations.
- Academic studies in business administration, marketing, or operations from reputable universities.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
