The Pharmacy Cosmetics division focuses on a broad range of international brands addressing the needs of consumers with various skin types. Products are developed in collaboration with dermatologists and other medical professionals and are distributed primarily through pharmacies, institutes, and medi-spas delivering consultative sales experiences. With brands such as Vichy and La Roche-Posay, this division is a global leader in pharmacy cosmetics.
Role Overview
As a Medical Communication Manager, you will design and oversee the national and international event strategy supporting scientific interactive engagement with specialist doctors. The role is crucial in strengthening the medical education and communication strategy across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the medical education event strategy with attention to brand, sales, and international stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive event and budget plans, including timelines and thematic focuses for national, international, and digital events.
- Manage logistical aspects such as exhibition stand setup, conference bookings, travel arrangements, and coordination of samples and materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and scientific Key Opinion Leader management to ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
- Establish key performance indicators for initiatives, ensure measurement, and derive strategic recommendations accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine as a foundational qualification.
- Strong affinity for dermatology topics paired with an in-depth understanding of specialist roles such as dermatologists and pediatricians.
- Proven project management skills, high quality standards, and experience managing creative agencies.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, excelling in managing complexity, and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset complemented by excellent oral and written English communication skills.
