About the Role
Ericsson invites applications for the position of Junior Learning Services Consultant in Dubai, UAE. This role is crafted for individuals eager to grow professionally, either new graduates or those with some industry experience, especially those interested in contributing to technological advancements. This position is targeted exclusively at Emirati candidates, aligning with Ericsson's dedication to cultivating national talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training sessions by managing logistics and preparing venues.
- Assist trainers and participants to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Maintain daily communication with trainers and external vendors.
- Address incoming inquiries to support the team effectively.
- Organize meetings and prepare schedules to optimize time management.
- Develop and prepare training materials for various sessions.
- Collaborate proactively with other coordinators to drive customer engagement and assure timely and quality delivery of Learning Services projects.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a BSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent is advantageous though applicants from other academic disciplines are welcome.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks within a dynamic training environment.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Technical knowledge, particularly in telecommunications or IT, is a plus.
- A strong ability to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Competence to thrive under pressure in impactful business settings.
- An enthusiastic, proactive mindset is essential.
- Experience in a global work environment and familiarity with project management practices are considered beneficial.
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies and their evolution is preferred.
