Junior IT Officer

Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Junior IT Officer will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications to ensure smooth IT operations within the company. This role involves setting up user accounts and profiles while providing assistance to office staff either in-person or remotely. The candidate will also carry out technical maintenance on company servers, telephony infrastructure, desktops, operating systems, and software applications. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues and delivering timely solutions will be essential functions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a relevant discipline is required.
• Prior experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in English is necessary.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with personnel and resolve issues.
