Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to assist and develop into a Lead Interior Designer. This client-facing full-time position based in Fort Worth, TX involves both creative design and technical execution within a collaborative, fast-paced luxury residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Interior Designers throughout all project phases from concept to installation for upscale residential homes.
• Assist in selecting and coordinating furniture, lighting, textiles, wallpaper, finishes, and accessories.
• Conduct product and material research to inform design solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, lookbooks, and visual aids.
• Create and update floor plans, elevations, lighting and electrical layouts, renderings, and construction documents.
• Support space planning, site measurements, and project coordination including documentation management and revisions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, specifications, project notes, and organizing samples and presentation boards.
• Maintain project data within Houzz and internal systems; participate in client meetings and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with builders, architects, vendors, and internal teams; assist with installations and ensure project standards, schedules, and organization.

Candidate Qualifications

• Two to five years of interior design experience preferred, especially in luxury residential settings.
• A degree in Interior Design or related discipline is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction documentation and detailing.
• Proficiency in CAD, design and rendering software, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to flourish in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Work Environment and Benefits

• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM; no night or weekend work.
