Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing agency located in Burbank, CA. This role involves crafting compelling digital assets for an assortment of clients, including social media visuals, landing pages, digital advertisements, email marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional content. You will work closely with a talented creative team to transform concepts into visual stories while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary design drafts for banners and social media content across diverse brands.
• Design landing page layouts using platforms such as Lead Pages.
• Create distinct visual styles tailored to each piece’s concept to achieve a coherent “look and feel.”
• Simultaneously manage multiple brand projects, crafting original graphics that align with respective branding systems.
• Assist senior designers with branding initiatives and strategic design projects.
• Engage in design ventures from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Produce drafts, prototypes, and innovative design solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with After Effects is advantageous.
• Understanding of essential design principles, such as typography, color theory, and branding fundamentals.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative and diverse design work.
• A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and aptitude for collaboration in a fast-paced workplace.
• Interest and ideas on leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Premiere, and print design is considered a plus.
