Role Overview
The Junior Community Manager for the Asia Pacific region is an on-site, full-time position based in Hyderabad. This individual will assist in enhancing and sustaining the Student Tribe community among students, supporting the planning and execution of on-campus and regional activities. Key duties involve collaborating with student leaders and academic partners, managing community communication channels, addressing student inquiries, and generating foundational content for social media and community announcements. Furthermore, the role encompasses aiding partnership development, maintaining organized event schedules, monitoring engagement statistics, and working alongside internal teams to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective community engagement with students, college representatives, and partners.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating campus events, workshops, and meet-ups.
- Basic proficiency in content creation and communication for social media posts and community updates.
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills for tracking engagement data, collecting feedback, and recommending enhancements.
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms frequented by student groups.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in any field; involvement in student leadership, clubs, or event management is advantageous.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend commitments.
