Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional service at AIDA bars, including preparing cocktails and drinks according to AIDA's established standards.
• Advise guests on beverage selections while ensuring courteous and engaging sales interactions.
• Conduct daily preparation and cleanup of workstations (Mise en Place).
• Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations during all operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar; ideally, candidates have formal training in hotel and gastronomy services.
• Good command of English with a strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work well within a team, and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
