As a Junior Automation Specialist, your primary role will be to pinpoint bottlenecks in information flow and develop practical solutions that enable operations teams to progress smoothly.

Role Overview

This position entails a detailed analysis of data exchanges between diverse software platforms. Organizations seek our help when their existing tools no longer align with actual workflows. You will investigate data movement across departments, specifically focusing on reducing manual data entries and email-based approval chains. This fully remote role demands meticulous examination of logs and configurations based on factual data rather than presumptions. Your efforts will bridge functionality gaps between software and operational needs, ensuring systems are user-friendly and sustainable for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze daily system logs to detect issues with automated triggers, including failures and delays.
Develop and validate routing protocols to automate data delivery to correct endpoints.
Maintain and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support monthly data reconciliation between operations and finance systems to ensure accuracy.
Observe active data pipelines during initial live phases to promptly address emerging errors.
Identify integration shortcomings that cause operational delays or backlogs.
Compose clear, straightforward status reports clarifying technical changes for end users.
Document existing manual workflows to determine steps suitable for automation.

Candidate Requirements
