Key Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with current affiliate partners.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates emphasizing performance, quality traffic, and return on investment.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance data to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns and commercial projects.
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and analytics teams to boost conversion rates, customer retention, and overall affiliate outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with affiliate partners, ensuring effective follow-up on active campaigns and prospects.
• Ensure affiliate efforts align with company branding standards and adhere to applicable regulations.
• Prepare periodic performance summaries and propose strategies for enhanced profitability and results.
• Keep abreast of trends in affiliate marketing, competitor strategies, and developments within the iGaming industry.

Working Hours and Location

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based at Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana, Albania.
