Position Details

We are seeking a Jobcoach (m/w/d) at our Bochum location, offering a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with a hybrid working arrangement that includes some home office opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career guidance and coaching to clients both in-person at the Bochum office and virtually, supporting their job search, motivation, and overcoming barriers to employment.
• Assist clients with crafting effective application documents and preparing them for interviews and successful personal presentations.
• Support clients in building professional networks and facilitate placements in internships, apprenticeships, and jobs.
• Maintain communication with employers and prepare and deliver participant-related reports.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Completed (technical) university studies or vocational training, with a social pedagogy focus and pedagogical qualifications such as AEVO.
• Experienced with the regional labor market and preferably has expertise in developing concepts for public tenders within educational institutions.
• Proficient in using various media to communicate effectively with clients about regional and possibly nationwide labor markets.
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office for preparing application materials, reports, and presentations.
