Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our Vancouver office who is enthusiastic about technology and adept at resolving IT issues. In this role, you will provide critical support to our developers, designers, and creative professionals, ensuring seamless operation of our world-class gaming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive IT support to end users via all available communication channels, maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Diagnose and address technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and peripherals.
- Oversee the management and inventory of IT hardware and supplies.
- Use IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Refer unresolved technical problems to higher-tier support teams when appropriate.
- Create and update knowledge base resources and technical documentation for user and team reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and sustain IT solutions across the company.
- Engage in projects aimed at enhancing IT support processes and overall service delivery.
- Remain informed of emerging technologies and best practices within the IT industry.
- Investigate and recommend innovative solutions to improve daily organizational workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in a related IT support role.
- Fundamental understanding of network device setup and administration.
- Proficiency with ITSM systems and ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Advanced expertise in both Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Excellent knowledge of PC hardware components and functionality.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical details for non-technical users.
- Highly meticulous and thorough in task execution.
Additional Information
- This vacancy is for a full-time onsite position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is between 74700 and 102700 Canadian dollars annually. Compensation is determined by market rates, location, and individual qualifications and may be adjusted over time.
