Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new freelance IT specialists for the company.
• Manage the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews and negotiating with freelancers independently via telephone or virtual meetings.
• Utilize your initiative to explore innovative approaches to succeed in your role.
• Collaborate closely with the local IT sales team to align recruitment strategies and goals.
• Build and maintain a sustainable personal network of freelancers to ensure long-term recruitment success.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• Preferably some initial experience in freelance recruiting.
• A dynamic, creative, and good-humored approach to work with strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of German and good proficiency in English.
