IT Delivery Specialist

Role overview

SOOR, a subsidiary of Master Works, is hiring an IT Delivery Specialist to help plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver technology initiatives and IT projects. The role works across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track, maintain quality, and support business goals.

What you’ll do

• Assist in delivering IT projects and technical initiatives end to end.
• Coordinate execution tasks with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and support project status reports and progress updates.
• Take part in project meetings and ensure follow-up on assigned actions.
• Help with issue tracking and risk handling.
• Support testing, rollout, deployment, and handover activities.
• Keep project documents and records organized and up to date.
• Make sure project work follows internal standards and agreed timelines.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a closely related subject is required. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, project coordination, or a similar position, with a track record of supporting projects from planning to implementation. Experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors is also needed.

Skills and competencies

You should have a solid grasp of project management methods and practical delivery workflows, along with strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The role also calls for the ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment and professional English communication, both written and spoken.

Work location

The position is based at a client site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
