About the Role

Join a prominent global investment bank's Financial Restructuring team in New York City as an Investment Banking Associate. This position offers the chance to collaborate closely with senior bankers on client coverage, deal execution, marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior bankers in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital structure, valuation, and strategic financial issues.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, presentations, and marketing materials to facilitate client engagements and business origination.
• Support transaction execution through financial modeling, coordinating due diligence, process management, and development of client deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams across industries and products including capital solutions, financing, restructuring, valuation, and advisory services.
• Organize cross-functional efforts to deliver thorough, high-quality advisory services.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, and transactions to aid deal execution and business development.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic results.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience including at least 2 years in investment banking or related advisory roles.
• Proficient analytical and financial skills including financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.

Compensation and Benefits
