About the Role
NHS Scotland is dedicated to fostering equality and diversity within its workforce while eliminating unlawful discrimination. They strive to create a representative and respectful work environment for every employee to perform at their best. They welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
We are offering two fixed-term, 36-hour per week positions available until 7 March 2027 and 31 August 2027, available as a secondment opportunity. These posts are based primarily at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, within the vibrant and busy Interventional Imaging Team.
As part of a small team, radiographers support a continuous 24-hour service in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Interventional Suite. Responsibilities also include assisting with general X-ray services for a busy A&E department and outpatient clinics, theatre imaging, and mobile imaging duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and ambitious radiographers aiming to gain comprehensive experience across various radiographic modalities, including pediatric imaging. The department actively supports continuous professional development and offers potential opportunities for further education.
