About the Role
We are seeking candidates for the role of Associate - Customer Support, which involves both voice and non-voice tasks depending on communication proficiency. This opportunity welcomes freshers as well as individuals with up to six months of prior relevant experience. Candidates must be prepared to join immediately and operate in night or rotational shifts with weekly-off rotations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support through voice or non-voice channels based on individual communication skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Preparedness to work night shifts or on a rotational shift schedule including weekly holidays.
