About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals for the role of International Chat Support Executive specializing in US customer support process at Vibgyor Concepts in Chennai. This position focuses on providing excellent chat-based customer service to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat channels.
- Manage customer queries effectively, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining professionalism.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum one year of experience in international chat support processes.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts in an office environment.

- Work schedule: 5 days a week.
- Work location: Onsite at Chennai office.
- Rotational shifts applicable.
