About the Role

As an Internal Account Support specialist based in Riyadh or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, you will play a vital role in connecting people and information, enabling better service and growth.
Responsibilities
- Promptly address customer inquiries via phone and email regarding standard information like pricing, delivery schedules, and sample requests.
- Collaborate with account managers to send out pricing promotions and special discounts that aim to boost bookings and billing at month-end or quarter-end periods.
- Support key accounts and distribution channels by introducing new products and providing essential training when requested by account managers.
- Offer fact-based insights to business units to assist in identifying new customer requirements and in defining solutions tailored to customer segments and markets that add measurable value.
- Create and submit quotations for special requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales procedures and suggest actionable enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a customer-oriented role within an industrial context.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP is beneficial.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Show capability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and pragmatic mindset.
Additional Information
This is a mid-level, full-time, permanent position located onsite in Saudi Arabia. Candidates fluent in Arabic and English and experienced in customer-facing industrial roles are encouraged to apply.
