Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and plans.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' professional experience in the construction sector.
• Proficient understanding of commercial and contractual aspects in construction.
• Strong skills in analysis and negotiation.
• Familiarity with software tools used for budgeting and cost reporting.
