Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, to oversee construction activities ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to detect and eliminate any safety hazards promptly.
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to the construction workforce and subcontractors.
• Train site personnel on compliance with safety standards and accident procedures.
• Implement and enforce strict site safety rules to reduce the risk of work-related injuries.
• Manage on-site accident situations in line with predefined safety protocols.
• Keep detailed attendance records of construction team members.
• Assess employee performance continuously and apply disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Review construction blueprints ensuring projects adhere to design plans, safety requirements, and budgeting constraints.
• Suggest operational modifications to enhance construction procedures and overall site productivity.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 15000 to 18000 INR.
