About the Role
Lerner Solutions is a premier IT Managed Service Provider delivering expert technology support and services for a variety of high-profile clients. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to work directly embedded within one of our swiftly expanding, nationally recognized retail and corporate partners in the Nashville area.
This position is highly visible and emphasizes a people-centered approach. Your interpersonal skills in engaging with colleagues and executives are as crucial as your technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate support requests involving various hardware and software platforms including iOS, macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to conference room audio/visual equipment and connectivity.
- Manage the provisioning and preparation of new hire accounts and hardware to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Participate in the procurement, configuration, and deployment of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
- Contribute to office infrastructure projects including equipment relocation, workstation setups, and floor reconfigurations as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base materials to enhance support efficiency and consistency.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience providing technical support or help desk services, demonstrating strong troubleshooting capabilities across iOS, macOS, ChromeOS, and Windows devices.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, or client service.
- No formal college degree required; emphasis placed on relevant hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with professionalism in interactions at all organizational levels, including executives.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage support responsibilities autonomously on-site.
- Advanced networking expertise is not mandatory for this position.
Work Schedule and Location
This hybrid role is located in Nashville, TN, with core onsite workdays scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are remote, with occasional need for additional on-site presence.
Compensation
Salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $75,000 annually.
