Role Overview

The Information Technology Support Officer position at UAE Football Network is a part-time remote role focused on maintaining the efficiency of the organization's IT systems. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming technical support requests promptly and effectively.
• Diagnose and remediate hardware and software problems impacting users.
• Assist users with desktop computer setup, configuration, and upkeep.
• Support printer connectivity and troubleshoot any printing issues encountered.
• Monitor overall system performance to ensure operational reliability.
• Maintain concise documentation regarding support activities and issue resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to sustain tools needed for online communication, data handling, and digital services.

Desired Qualifications
