Information Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an Information Manager to join a client's team remotely on a full-time basis. This position focuses on managing human-annotated data utilized for AI training and evaluation, ensuring data accuracy and quality for downstream applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update datasets annotated by humans which serve as training and testing data for AI models.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validations of data labels to maintain consistency and quality across multiple datasets.
• Collaborate across teams to determine data requirements and address issues related to annotation discrepancies.
• Create and maintain documentation detailing data collection methods, labeling standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Observe the performance of data pipelines and suggest or implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in data annotation, validation, or processes related to ensuring data quality.
• Preferred familiarity with data labeling tools such as Label Studio or Prodigy.
• Competency with spreadsheets, databases, or data management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured guidelines for data workflow tasks.
• Effective written communication skills for preparing clear documentation and guidelines.
