Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for an Immigration Case Processing Officer to be based at Giga Mall, 3rd Floor, Islamabad. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The officer will manage visa application cases related to Canada, the USA, the UK, and Schengen countries, ensuring all procedures are properly complied with and excellent client service is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and organize documentation and case files for visa applications targeting Canada, USA, and European countries.
- Maintain and manage case files, records, and important documents systematically.
- Collaborate internally to address and resolve pending case issues timely.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and communication throughout the case processing cycle.
- Adhere to set productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in visa application processing or a closely related field.
- Excellent organizational capabilities coupled with effective time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Capacity to perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
