Eligibility Criteria

University graduate.
Under 24 years old.
No more than one year of work experience.
Good spoken and written English skills.
Interest in the marketing communications field.
Intelligent, creative, and ambitious to make a difference.
Honest and hardworking.
Strong teamwork spirit.
Clear career orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good people understanding skills.

Selection Process

January 18 to February 22, 2016: Application submission period.
February 29 to March 7, 2016: Qualified candidates undertake online IQ and English tests.
March 14 to March 21, 2016: Candidates who pass tests attend in-person interviews.
March 28 to March 31, 2016: Program commencement.
