Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications between candidates and interviewers to facilitate a seamless hiring process.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, joining and resignation letters, collecting payroll data, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives, process enhancements, and engage in cross-departmental projects to acquire hands-on experience.
Additional Information
- Location: Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad region only.
- Work Schedule: Five-day work week.
