Job Overview
We seek an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all people operations and foster a positive, compliant organizational culture at our North Miami, Florida location. This role is responsible for managing the primary HR functions, including employee relations, benefits management, compensation strategy, and ensuring smooth daily HR operations. The ideal candidate exhibits strong leadership, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving skills to support both employee needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and implement the organization’s HR strategy and oversee daily operations to support all employee lifecycle stages.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, advising leadership, and ensuring fair and consistent conflict resolution.
- Oversee benefits plans administration, communicate effectively with employees, and coordinate with external service providers.
- Administer compensation structures and HR policies to maintain internal equity, market competitiveness, and transparent governance.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Supervise HR administrative tasks such as recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR procedures, reporting mechanisms, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and support informed decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum five years of advancing human resources experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven skills in employee relations, benefits administration, and core HR operational management.
- Comprehensive understanding of compensation strategies, policy formulation, and HR legal compliance.
- Capability to interpret and apply employment regulations within a corporate environment.
- Experience advising managers and addressing sensitive personnel issues with appropriate discretion.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
