Role Overview
We are looking for a collaborative and business-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support key corporate functions across the Americas. This role involves close collaboration with leaders and managers to provide impactful HR support in employee relations, performance evaluation, and organizational initiatives, helping to translate business objectives into effective HR actions that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to comprehend business priorities and provide ongoing HR guidance.
- Assist with organizational change management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of HR programs aligning with business objectives.
- Coach managers on performance management, staff development, and team effectiveness.
- Offer support on employee relations to ensure consistent, fair resolutions.
- Advise managers on applying HR policies and best practices.
- Support talent management processes such as performance reviews, development plans, and compensation cycles.
- Work with recruiting and HR teams to address hiring and onboarding needs.
- Contribute to HR project initiatives and process improvements.
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture consistent with company values.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and team effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles as an HR Business Partner or generalist.
- Proven experience supporting managers and managing employee relations issues.
- Able to develop trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Capable of balancing day-to-day HR support with longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, basics of employment law, and people processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in a global or matrixed setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is preferred.
