About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive at their Think Campus in Bengaluru to hire an HR Operations Associate. Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations are invited to attend the walk-in interview. This role requires flexibility with night and rotational shifts and involves managing all phases of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with global HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring consistent and compliant execution across locations.
- Execute HR transactions and keep employee records current within HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Assist in audits and prepare reports to maintain adherence to HR compliance standards.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to HR data management processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- An MBA specialized in Human Resources is mandatory.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
- Awareness of global HR processes and best practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must have a registered EP ID from the TCS iBegin portal.

- Original and two photocopies of Aadhar or PAN card must be presented.
- A passport-sized photograph is required to be carried.
