About the Role
As a Human Resources Assistant at Datacore Solutions, you will provide critical support to the Human Resources Manager in the daily execution and oversight of HR functions. This includes ensuring alignment with Saudi Labor Law and the company’s internal policies. The position involves close cooperation with various departments to facilitate effective HR operations and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in rolling out HR strategies and executing operational plans developed by the Human Resources Manager.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through to hiring.
- Handle onboarding for new employees, as well as the offboarding process for departing staff.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and records, and oversee employee relations activities.
- Review and process items such as employment agreements, leave requests, disciplinary actions, promotions, and employee status changes.
- Audit monthly payroll data and ensure payroll-related updates are ready for approval.
- Assist with performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
- Monitor adherence to labor legislation, company rules, and internal protocols.
- Oversee Saudization compliance and government-mandated requirements.
- Administer government-related HR systems and online services.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for visa and medical insurance renewals.
- Respond to and resolve HR-related queries and staff grievances in a timely manner.
- Compile regular HR reports for management review.
- Contribute recommendations for policy and procedure enhancements to promote better efficiency.
- Direct and coordinate daily HR processes and assigned responsibilities.
Additional Information
- Directly supervise tasks within granted HR authority and support government-related correspondence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- 0–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Sound understanding of Saudi labor regulations.
- Background in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and standard HR operations.
