About the Role
Fintech Cloud Private Limited is looking for a proactive HR Executive to oversee comprehensive human resources activities at their Andheri East office near Marol Naka Metro station in Mumbai. This position demands a motivated professional to facilitate end-to-end recruitment and execute HR functions that enhance employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance within a fast-evolving fintech and NBFC setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complete recruitment cycles specifically for BFSI, NBFC, and fintech job positions.
- Identify prospective candidates using multiple job boards and platforms.
- Evaluate resumes, administer initial interviews, and liaise with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain recruitment records and generate management information system (MIS) reports.
- Guarantee a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
Requirements
- Solid experience in managing recruitment and HR functions within the financial services or fintech industries.
- Strong organizational skills for handling recruitment data and scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between candidates and the management team.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth and dynamic business environment.
Compensation and Location Details
The role is based onsite at Andheri East, Mumbai, and offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000.
