Job Overview

The HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various professional and technical roles across engineering and corporate sectors. This position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes for a range of white-collar and technical job vacancies.
• Recruit for diverse positions including Civil and Electrical Engineers, Facility Managers, Fit-Out Executives, Technical Snaggers, Customer Relations Executives, Fire Safety Personnel, Drivers, Store Assistants, Recruiters, and general office staff.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri.com, Apna, and Shien alongside other mediums to find potential candidates.
• Screen candidate resumes thoroughly and perform initial telephonic interviews to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client stakeholders efficiently.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges from 15,000 to 18,000 INR.
