About the Company
The hiring company is a Dubai-based FMCG organization with two decades of experience delivering end-to-end food distribution services across the region.
Role Overview
This position is for an HR & Admin Supervisor based in Dubai, UAE, on a full-time basis. The role covers a broad mix of human resources, administration, and government compliance work across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete HR cycle, including payroll, hiring, employee relations, and day-to-day HR administration for operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee visa documentation, PRO coordination, GPSSA matters, trade license renewals, insurance, and all required government compliance tasks.
- Drive recruitment activity, onboarding, employee separation processes, Emiratization programs, and manpower planning.
- Keep HR records, systems, and employee files up to date while ensuring strong operational standards and full alignment with UAE and KSA labor regulations.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience in HR and administration, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Mandatory background in the UAE FMCG sector, with practical exposure to payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Solid understanding of UAE and KSA labor laws, PRO procedures, GPSSA, Emiratization, visa processing, and government liaison work.
- Working knowledge of Oracle HRMS, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
