Job Responsibilities and Work Environment
You will be working full-time as a professional housecleaner, following the Detail-Clean Rotation System to ensure high-quality service standards. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with the company closed on major holidays, allowing you to enjoy your nights, weekends, and holidays off. The job involves being on your feet throughout the day and performing light lifting of items under 15 pounds. Training includes a computer-based learning system and a two-week hands-on program under experienced trainers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, along with a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and pride in workmanship.
- Have a history of job stability with at least one year in a prior position.
- Willingness to learn professional cleaning techniques and adhere to company standards.
- Ability to stand for the entire workday and handle physical tasks comfortably.
