About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join their team in Sharjah. This role is more than just maintaining a clean room; it's about crafting memorable and unique guest experiences. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, empowered to proactively manage your environment. Your duties will encompass a wide range of housekeeping functions, from fulfilling guest requests and stocking supplies to cleaning rooms and public areas, all contributing to an exceptional guest stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel.
• Execute various housekeeping tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to exacting standards.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and company procedures.
• Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
