Role Overview

As part of our team in Frankfurt, you will be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for guests, helping them feel at home from arrival to departure. Your role involves multitasking between guest assistance, self-check-in support, reception duties, and lively bar and breakfast service, all delivered with care and personable flair.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly first contact for guests ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout their visit
• Guide guests during the self-check-in procedure and perform additional reception-related tasks
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks efficiently, maintaining smooth service flow
• Manage breakfast arrangements and delight guests with your barista skills
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing goods, ensuring correct mise-en-place according to guidelines
• Share insider tips about local hotspots to enhance guest experiences

Candidate Profile

• Experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred though not mandatory; willingness to learn the relevant terminology like mise-en-place is essential
• Flexible availability for shift work is required
• Strengths include reliability, multitasking capability, and eagerness to learn
• An empathetic and enthusiastic attitude towards colleagues and guests
• A sense of humor, enjoyment of teamwork, and a passion for guest interaction
• Fluent German and English language skills
